Hot Stone Massage

A massage everyone should try. It combines Swedish massage and the use of heated stone as tools to help facilitate the release of sore and tight muscles. The heat relaxes tight muscles quicker than traditional massage.

Thai Massage

The most energizing and rigorous service we offer. The therapist will use their hands, knees, legs, and feet to guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. This therapy is conducted on a padded mat on the floor, fully clothed, using no oil. Craniosacral Therapy

Polarity

An energy session. The practitioner assesses energetic attributes using palpation, observation, and interview methods. Sessions do not require disrobing, and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch. In the session, the practitioner supports the client in increasing self awareness of subtle energetic sensations, which are often experienced as tingling, warmth, expansion or wavelike movement. Very effective in relief from hypertension, anxiety attacks and breathing disorders.
