High level customer service expertise
Excellent communication skills via phone, email & text
Proficiency with computers
Must be able to effectively multitask
Experience maintaining a team's weekly schedule
Ability to think independently & quickly to resolve team or customer issues
Maintaining a clean & organized reception & spa space
Keep spa stocked with necessary provisions
Responsible for the promotion of a safe & professional workplace
Be able to use point of sale software & collect payments from clients

Ability to work 30-40 hrs a week. Full & part time hours available.
Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Ability to sit at a desk, working on the phone/computer for long periods of time
Ability to function in a team atmosphere
Required education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
