Is this your first appointment with us? We love it! Watch this quick video to give you an idea of what to expect after our talented staff takes you back to one of our treatment rooms.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. If notice is given within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a 50% fee will be charged. Any appointments missed without cancellation are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the service cost. You are required to secure the appointment with a credit card or gift card number. For credit cards, we will need the number, CVV, exp. date, and billing zip code.

  • If you are late to an appointment, we will try our best to make sure you receive the scheduled service. If your arrival does not allow us time to perform the service and we need to reschedule, you will be responsible for paying a 50% fee for the missed appointment.

  • No refunds on prepaid services or gift cards. Any remaining balances can be redeemed as store credit. Electronic and physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. A 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is equal to or less than the fees we pay for credit card processing. Cash and debit card transactions will not incur this fee.

  • We require a parental consent form to be completed before working on anyone under the age of 18. For those under the age of 16, we require a parent or guardian to be on-site for the duration of the appointment. Not all of our licensed professionals work with people under 18. Please call or email to book these appointments with our Reception Team.

  • We do! At Grandview, we have an ample parking lot with 10 spots designated for Open Sky. In Clintonville, we have parking in front of and behind our building for your convenience.

  • Tipping is always appreciated but never required. Cash tips are always welcome and can be given directly to your provider. You may also add a tip to your credit or debit card payment at checkout. Our providers appreciate your generosity and the opportunity to care for you!

  • Swedish - Light Pressure

    Moderate - Balanced Pressure
    A comfortable level of pressure for those who prefer a little more than Swedish while still enjoying a relaxing massage.

    Deep Tissue - Deep Pressure
    A deeper, focused massage designed to work into areas of muscle tension and tightness.
