Meet Ayanna, Licensed Esthetician
Ayanna is a licensed esthetician who remains passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while feeling confident in their own beauty. Her love for skincare began at age 10, when she started experimenting with DIY face masks made with natural ingredients. After graduating from esthetics school in 2025, she has dedicated herself to continuous growth in the beauty industry, including becoming Dermalogica certified. Her approach remains a genuine desire to help clients prioritize time for self-care, combined with inclusive, results-driven skincare solutions. "Through every service, I strive to create an experience that leaves clients looking refreshed, feeling confident, and inspired to maintain healthy skin."

What's your favorite podcast right now and why?
Aspire by Emma Grede - I admire the women guests who share their experiences, their lessons in building their own brands, and apply what they’ve learned to my own goals.
How do you maintain a good work/life balance?
I find ways to stay creative, like trying new recipes and creating my own room sprays. I also love concerts and live music experiences!
What have you enjoyed most so far about Open Sky Day Spa?
I’ve enjoyed witnessing the creativity, personality, and talent each LMT & Esthetician brings into every service! I also enjoy the peaceful atmosphere throughout the spa and the smiling faces of our front desk staff!
What 3 items would you bring to a deserted island?
A good romance novel, a jet ski, and mini-size Oreo’s.

Meet Tyler, Licensed Massage Therapist
Tyler graduated from the Columbus State Community College Massage Therapy Program in December 2025, with training in Swedish full-body massage, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, hot stone massage, and an enthusiasm to continue improving his skill set. He enjoys creating a calm and supportive atmosphere where he hopes to support clients in their goals of relaxation and pain relief and offer them a moment of reprieve in their hectic lives.
We asked a few more questions of Tyler to get to know him a little bit better:
What made you want to have a career in massage therapy?
I have a history with chronic pain, and although massage wasn't able to touch it in my case, it's one of the only things that could help me take my mind off of it for but a brief moment, and I hope to offer that bit of reprieve to others.
What first attracted you to Open Sky?
I booked an Ashiatsu with Jaimee for a project while I was still in the massage program. The calm atmosphere and genuine kindness I experienced made Open Sky my first choice when it came time to apply.
What have you enjoyed most about your time with us so far?
Everyone is so nice, helpful, and welcoming. I was made to feel like part of the team before I even got everyone's names down.
Dogs or cats, and what breed is your favorite?
I like both, but have a soft spot for cats. My favorite breeds would be Siamese, Nebelung, and Tabby because of our 3 sweet boys.
